The role designs customizations using Python, APIs, GraphQL, and SQL; provides technical consulting, health checks, best-practice guidance, and customer support; and collaborates with account and project teams. Strong networking, firewall, cloud, Linux administration, communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills are required, with willingness to travel.
