Provide general customer service and support across various channels, including remote and in-person, handling inquiries and issues for customers. Liaise with departments for order-related support, requiring basic knowledge and moderate supervision.

Provide post-sale customer service and support via phone, chat, or text for business and consumer customers. Handle high-volume low-complexity and lower-volume higher-complexity inquiries, liaise with production/distribution for order issues, and resolve routine technical and non-technical problems following standard procedures with moderate supervision.
