Provide post-sale customer service and support via phone, online chat, or text for business and consumer customers. Handle high-volume, low-complexity inquiries in a call-center setting or higher-complexity issues in office/distribution center environments. Act as liaison between customers and production/distribution for order issues and returns. Work with basic procedures and tools under moderate supervision, resolving routine issues independently.
