Lead end-to-end data platform initiatives, designing self-service ingestion and transformation capabilities with governance, security, observability, cost controls, and CI/CD. Build and operate reliable batch and streaming pipelines, manage data correctness and migrations, establish SLOs and quality monitoring, and prepare governed data for AI agents. The role involves reviewing designs and code, documenting golden paths, mentoring through technical feedback, and collaborating across distributed engineering teams.

Lead Tide’s Credit Outcome product vertical, owning strategy, roadmap, commercial outcomes, and the percentage of members achieving a first credit outcome. Manage and develop product leaders, establish ownership and operating rhythms, partner with Engineering, and align Design, Data, Risk, Compliance, Commercial, and Operations. Use analytics and experimentation to improve conversion, efficiency, margin, and member experience across multiple markets, while identifying opportunities for automation and AI.

Analyze lending product performance and credit-focused datasets to identify trends, manage risk KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations. Partner with product managers and developers to shape credit product strategy and design. Prepare reports and presentations for senior stakeholders, communicate insights clearly, and continuously improve analytics processes and SME lending products.
