Leads member acquisition and growth analytics projects, using SQL and Python to analyze marketing performance, attribution, ROI, customer lifetime value, cohorts, and campaign KPIs. Presents actionable insights to senior stakeholders, develops analytics roadmaps, supports budget optimization, integrates third-party marketing data, and influences analysts, engineers, and data scientists. The role also promotes data-driven decision-making, storytelling, prioritization, and performance marketing improvements.

Leads a cross-functional team of backend, mobile, and web engineers building global in-person acquiring products. Owns technical direction, architecture, delivery, reliability, and scaling of ePOS, Tap to Pay, mobile applications, pricing engines, payment networks, and third-party integrations. Partners with Product Management, drives platform transformation, mentors engineers, and oversees the full product lifecycle from development and testing through deployment, monitoring, and production operations.

Lead the Financial Reporting & Control function for Tide's India entities, owning month-end close, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow integrity. Provide technical accounting leadership for lending (IFRS 9) and insurance, support product launches with robust accounting controls, drive finance process automation and AI adoption, manage audits and tax engagements, and lead and develop a team of Financial Controllers.

Lead Tide India's information security compliance with Indian financial regulators. Serve as primary liaison to RBI/CERT-IN, own local regulatory compliance, define India-specific security standards, manage regulatory audits (including RBI SAR), oversee regulatory risk, report to leadership, and provide second-line oversight.

The Senior Staff Software Engineer will lead the architecture of the agentic platform, define shared service designs, partner with teams for reusable capabilities, provide technical leadership, and implement cost-management and evaluation pipelines.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will develop backend services for the agentic platform, integrating AI capabilities and ensuring system reliability, security, and developer usability.
