Serves as the senior technical lead for the Clarity PPM platform, providing L3 production support, development, configuration, integrations, troubleshooting, upgrades, deployments, and technical solution design. Leads root-cause analysis, performance investigations, testing, audit compliance, disaster recovery, vendor coordination, documentation, on-call support, and mentoring of developers and administrators.

Provides third-shift L2 operational and administrative support for the Clarity PPM platform. Responsibilities include incident and service-request resolution, application and batch monitoring, data-integrity checks, access administration, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment support, documentation, reporting, disaster recovery, and SOX control execution. The role also participates in 16x5 coverage, on-call support, weekend maintenance, and progressive training in Clarity configuration, SQL, GEL, NSQL, XOG, APIs, and integrations.

Serves as the senior technical lead for Clarity PPM, providing L3 production support, development, configuration, integrations, troubleshooting, upgrades, deployments, and performance analysis. Leads root-cause investigations, technical solution design, testing, documentation, SOX-compliant change management, disaster recovery activities, vendor coordination, on-call support, and knowledge transfer. Develops GEL, NSQL, SQL, XOG, REST, XML, reports, workflows, and custom platform functionality while mentoring developers and administrators.
