Serves as the senior technical lead for the Clarity PPM platform, providing L3 production support, development, configuration, integrations, troubleshooting, upgrades, deployments, and technical solution design. Provides third-shift L2 operational and administrative support for the Clarity PPM platform. Responsibilities include incident and service-request resolution, application and batch monitoring, data-integrity checks, access administration, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment support, documentation, reporting, disaster recovery, and SOX control execution. The role also participates in 16x5 coverage, on-call support, weekend maintenance, and progressive training in Clarity configuration, SQL, GEL, NSQL, XOG, APIs, and integrations.

Develops GEL, NSQL, SQL, XOG, REST, XML, reports, workflows, and custom platform functionality while mentoring developers and administrators.

Provides L2 operational and administrative support for the Clarity PPM platform, including incident resolution, application monitoring, batch and interface monitoring, access administration, data validation, testing, deployments, documentation, reporting, and disaster recovery support. The role participates in 16x5 coverage, on-call rotations, weekend maintenance, SOX controls, and progressive technical development in Clarity configuration, SQL, GEL, NSQL, XOG, APIs, and integrations.

Develop and support SAP ABAP solutions across ECC and S/4HANA, including RICEFW development, integrations, forms, workflows, enhancements, debugging, and performance optimization. Translate business requirements into technical designs, support testing and deployments, manage transports, and provide production support. Collaborate with SAP functional, Basis, and Security teams across global business areas while applying secure coding and development standards.

Drive market growth for electron microscopy in pharma and biotech, establish customer relationships, conduct market research, and support sales initiatives.
