The HR Manager administers HR systems, programs, policies, and procedures across areas including employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, talent management, training, organizational development, and recruiting. The role advises employees and managers on HR matters, coordinates projects, produces reports, manages data, and supports a diverse, global workforce. Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and HR expertise are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to travel.

The role requires strong organization, communication, collaboration, HR knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

The Finance Specialist supports budgeting, forecasting, fund allocation, accounting, financial reporting, donor reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial data maintenance for global conservation programs. The role prepares analyses and reports, identifies coding or variance issues, supports audits and close processes, maintains grant and award records, and advises program teams on financial policies, donor restrictions, and reporting requirements.
