Owns end-to-end accounting and controllership across US and UK entities, including month-end close, consolidations, AP, reconciliations, tax and VAT compliance, and audit readiness. The role also drives accounting automation, SQL-based financial analysis, BI reporting, SaaS metrics tracking, budgeting support, and process improvement while partnering with leadership, auditors, and external advisors.

Manage and grow a 6-12 engineer team across frontend, backend, and platform. Own delivery processes, roadmap alignment, hiring, engineering best practices, incident response, and cross-functional leadership to deliver scalable fintech software.

Provide global client support for Termgrid's Portfolio product, manage client portfolio data and onboarding, produce usage insights for QBRs, maintain knowledge base, resolve client inquiries with Account Managers, and liaise with Product and Engineering on client-driven product improvements.
