Provides technical presales support to sales teams, customers, and business partners for networking products and solutions. Responsibilities include opportunity qualification, product demonstrations, presentations, technical proofs of concept, partner training, RFP/RFI responses, technical validation events, POC asset coordination, and Bill of Materials preparation. The role also supports conferences and exhibitions and requires strong communication, adaptability, and the ability to learn new technologies.

Partner with leadership to design and activate organizational and people strategies, act as a Chief of Staff for HR operations, manage cross-functional alignment and program cadence, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights that inform executive decision-making.

Manages supplier and channel-partner relationships while executing sales strategies and the complete sales cycle. Responsibilities include developing vendor initiatives, forecasting pipeline and inventory, managing credit and orders, collecting receivables, coaching partners, supporting deal closures, and coordinating product and technical training. The role focuses on revenue, gross profit, customer satisfaction, and market development, with frequent travel and occasional nonstandard hours.
