Provides technical presales support to sales teams, customers, and business partners for networking products and solutions. Responsibilities include opportunity qualification, product demonstrations, presentations, technical proofs of concept, partner training, RFP/RFI responses, technical validation events, POC asset coordination, and Bill of Materials preparation. The role also supports conferences and exhibitions and requires strong communication, adaptability, and the ability to learn new technologies.

Partner with leadership to design and activate organizational and people strategies, act as a Chief of Staff for HR operations, manage cross-functional alignment and program cadence, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights that inform executive decision-making.

Manage supplier and channel-partner relationships while executing the full sales cycle to maximize revenue, gross profit, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supplier initiatives, vendor engagement, credit and order processing, collections, pipeline forecasting, inventory management, partner sales coaching, deal support, and coordination of technical and sales training. The role requires frequent travel, occasional overtime, and on-call availability.
