Leads the go-to-market farming strategy for Platinum and Gold channel partners within the SME business. The role develops scalable partner-growth frameworks, playbooks, capability programs, and product-penetration initiatives. It collaborates with regional sales, partner development, product, marketing, OEM, and partner teams to increase revenue, order bookings, logo extraction, and EPPC performance. Success depends on channel-sales expertise, B2B technology knowledge, strategic execution, analytics, and stakeholder management.

Owns quality assurance for the fulfilment value chain by defining standards, conducting process audits, leading root-cause analysis and CAPA, improving workflows, enabling automation, and building governance dashboards. The role tracks defects, rework, cycle time, compliance, customer impact, and efficiency; presents risks and actions to leadership; coaches process owners; and embeds preventive controls across fulfilment, service delivery, sales, IT, finance, commercial, and field partner teams.
