Expect 80–90 in-person meetings per month.

Own post-sales relationship with restaurant partners to drive adoption, usage, and measurable ROI of Dineout products. Manage onboarding, POS/QR integrations, training, performance reviews, churn prevention, feature expansion, and first-level issue resolution. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Tech, and Ops to improve partner experience and scale city-level restaurant portfolios.

Own and grow a portfolio of multi-outlet restaurant accounts through executive relationship management, consultative strategy, field visits, and advanced analytics. Build QBRs, ROI models, dashboards, and presentations to drive expansion and revenue while mentoring Sales Manager tier and hitting city targets.
