Lead AI-first product work across discovery, prototyping, documentation, execution, automation, and analytics. Work with stakeholders to identify pain points, build LLM-based proofs of concept, create handoff-ready specs, coordinate releases and rollouts, and track adoption. Automate repetitive processes and use data to drive product usage. Role is remote India with travel to Sun King markets.

The Software Engineer - Infrastructure will improve IAC and incident response, manage AWS services, deploy Kubernetes resources, and design CI/CD pipelines.

Own and automate end-to-end incentive calculation pipelines, translate business rules into auditable data workflows, build monitoring and reconciliation dashboards, ensure accuracy and auditability across multiple products and countries, and partner with Sales, Finance, and field teams to resolve discrepancies and support escalations.
