Provide on-site clinical and technical support for the company’s robotic arm system during surgeries; train surgeons and OR staff; prepare pre-operative CT plans with proprietary planning software; troubleshoot and resolve product issues; collaborate with sales/marketing; and collect user feedback to improve products. Requires extensive travel to customer sites.
