Develops new business in the partial truckload logistics segment, manages client relationships, creates proposals and pricing strategies, converts leads into contracts, grows existing accounts, analyzes markets and competitors, coordinates service delivery, tracks sales performance, and represents the company at industry events.

Coordinate warehousing, distribution, transportation, customer service, and full order-cycle logistics across multiple warehouses. Liaise with clients, transporters, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders; resolve client queries; support supply chain operations; and maintain warehousing documentation and reports.

Manage sales data entry, records, reports, databases, and performance metrics. Support and guide the sales team, monitor performance, coordinate with internal teams, maintain documentation, identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and present reports to management. The role requires warehousing sales experience, strong Excel skills, leadership, organization, accuracy, communication, English and Hindi proficiency, and a personal laptop.
