The role also assesses risk-related challenges, identifies efficiency opportunities, and coaches team members while collaborating across functions.

Manage financial and resource operations for advisory projects by tracking receivables, collections, forecasts, budgets, utilization, staffing, and project performance. Prepare dashboards, KPI reports, and operational matrices; analyze financial and capacity data; identify risks and resource constraints; maintain management systems; advise project teams on financial practices; and support process improvements while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
