Provide technical customer support across chat, email, Slack, and video; troubleshoot integrations, APIs, and cloud infrastructure; identify trends, improve documentation, and manage critical outages with engineering teams.

Serve as Sprinto's internal privacy authority on GDPR, DPDP, EU AI Act and US state laws. Build reusable DPIA/ROPA/AI-governance templates, define service packaging and pricing, partner with Sales/CS, and create AI-assisted privacy playbooks with human validation. Provide advisory support on regulator inquiries and ensure clear legal disclaimers.

Lead delivery of federal and complex compliance engagements (FedRAMP, CMMC, HITRUST, NIST). Provide pre-sales technical validation, build reusable control-mapping libraries, SSP and POA&M templates, and AI-assisted evidence-review playbooks. Own pricing, margins, utilization, and QA guardrails for high-stakes authorization efforts. Track framework revisions, translate changes into playbooks, and drive customer outcomes toward successful authorizations and certifications.

The Program Manager will enhance Sprinto's customer journey by managing deployment projects, leading cross-functional initiatives, and improving customer lifecycle processes through data-driven insights and stakeholder management.

Lead technical strategy for complex enterprise deals, engage senior security executives, design solution architectures and POCs, run discovery workshops and demos, address security and regulatory requirements, enable handoffs to implementation and Customer Success, influence product roadmap, and mentor solution engineers.

The Senior SEO Specialist will take ownership of the organic growth strategy, driving traffic, conversions, and revenue by implementing modern SEO techniques, conducting audits, and leveraging AI tools.
