Leads the growth, development, and editorial management of a Humanities and Social Sciences journal portfolio. Responsibilities include managing journal targets and KPIs, improving author and editor experiences, streamlining peer review, executing journal development plans, engaging researchers and society partners, identifying new publishing opportunities, and resolving research integrity issues.

Selects and develops sustainability and environmental science manuscripts for publication in Communications Sustainability. Responsibilities include evaluating research quality and novelty, improving manuscript accessibility, coordinating production transfer, recommending press-release content, supporting external editors, attending scientific conferences, advising marketing, and developing editorial projects. Requires environmental science research experience, strong analytical or computational methods, broad scientific interests, excellent English communication, and the ability to assess multidisciplinary research.
