Hybrid QA Engineer responsible for manual and automated testing of web, Android, and iOS casino games. Duties include designing and maintaining automated tests, API and performance testing, defect tracking, test strategy development, quality process improvement, code and design reviews, CI/CD integration, release quality gates, documentation, and mentoring QA team members. Requires strong Python automation experience, web and mobile testing expertise, database knowledge, Docker, Agile experience, and UK timezone overlap.

Define product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and OKRs for digital products serving global users. Lead customer research, competitive analysis, experimentation, requirements gathering, prioritization, release readiness, go-to-market collaboration, and product performance measurement. Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and delivery teams while coordinating dependencies and mentoring team members in a remote environment.

Lead analytics to improve player experience, engagement, retention, and monetization. Analyze player lifecycle, run cohort and funnel analyses, design and evaluate A/B tests, build dashboards, define product metrics, investigate KPI changes, and partner with product, marketing, engineering, and data teams to deliver data-driven recommendations and improve data quality.
