Hybrid QA Engineer responsible for manual and automated testing of web, Android, and iOS casino games. Duties include designing and maintaining automated tests, API and performance testing, defect tracking, test strategy development, quality process improvement, code and design reviews, CI/CD integration, release quality gates, documentation, and mentoring QA team members. Requires strong Python automation experience, web and mobile testing expertise, database knowledge, Docker, Agile experience, and UK timezone overlap.

Define product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and OKRs for digital products serving global users. Lead customer research, competitive analysis, experimentation, requirements gathering, prioritization, release readiness, go-to-market collaboration, and product performance measurement. Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and delivery teams while coordinating dependencies and mentoring team members in a remote environment.

Lead analytics to improve player experience, engagement, retention, and monetization. Analyze player lifecycle, run cohort and funnel analyses, design and evaluate A/B tests, build dashboards, define product metrics, investigate KPI changes, and partner with product, marketing, engineering, and data teams to deliver data-driven recommendations and improve data quality.

Lead and own global payments operations, metrics, fraud prevention, risk and compliance. Collaborate with product and engineering, recruit and manage distributed payments teams, investigate fraud, optimise acceptance and conversion, and act as primary partner with payment networks to resolve production issues.

Build and productionize ML systems for personalization, search, and recommendations. Apply statistical and ML models using Python and SQL, collaborate with stakeholders, and measure business impact across cloud environments.

Own QA for web and mobile releases: write and run manual and automated tests (web, mobile, API), build test frameworks, improve CI, track issues, mentor teammates, and influence requirements and quality processes.

Develop mobile-first, responsive Vue.js frontends focused on performance and UX. Build frontend management systems, participate in code reviews and team ceremonies, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with backend teams.

Lead global paid user acquisition strategy and a multi-channel team across mobile, paid social, search and programmatic. Drive efficient growth through experimentation, attribution, automation and AI adoption, partnering with product, BI, creative and finance to scale campaigns, measurement and operations.

Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable microservices and backends (Java/Spring) for millions of users. Collaborate with product owners, perform code reviews, respond to production incidents, mentor junior engineers, participate in team ceremonies, and potentially share on-call duties.

Lead cross-team software projects: build plans, translate product goals into clear deliverables, run ceremonies, manage tickets and resources, coordinate external partners, track status, drive production issue resolution, and improve team processes and quality.
