Manage post-sale customer experiences for residential solar projects. Serve as the primary customer contact, provide project updates, resolve complaints and escalations, coordinate with internal teams, monitor installation quality, oversee documentation and handovers, collect feedback, and support initiatives that improve NPS, reduce cancellations, and drive referrals.

Supports rooftop solar project execution by preparing net metering and subsidy applications, coordinating with DISCOMs and government agencies, tracking permits and approvals, maintaining regulatory records, supporting inspections and site visits, and keeping internal stakeholders informed. The role also builds government relationships, manages local stakeholders, and helps operations teams meet compliance timelines.

Oversee rooftop solar installation and commissioning, coordinate contractors and internal teams, conduct site surveys and layout planning, enforce safety and quality standards, track site progress and documentation, troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate with vendors and authorities, and complete material GRN processes.
