Serves as the functional subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud PPM, configuring and supporting project costing, billing, revenue recognition, budgeting, forecasting, and project management processes. Leads requirements gathering, testing, implementations, quarterly updates, issue resolution, root-cause analysis, documentation, training, data migration, and audit support. Partners with Finance, PMO, IT, technical teams, and vendors while using OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, APIs, and SQL for reporting, troubleshooting, and data validation.

Provides transactional legal support for technology licensing and sales agreements in India. Drafts, reviews, redlines, and negotiates complex contracts; advises Sales and executives on technology transactions, privacy, security, intellectual property, and regulatory matters; manages outside counsel; supports compliance, policy training, dispute inquiries, and strategic commercial transactions. The role is remote with periodic travel to the Mumbai office.

Provides Tier 3/Tier 4 escalation support for enterprise on-premises Microsoft infrastructure. Responsibilities include resolving complex incidents across Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, SQL Server, SharePoint, and Windows environments; administering Hyper-V and virtualization platforms; managing Veeam and Commvault backups; performing patch management; developing PowerShell automation; leading problem management and root-cause analysis; maintaining knowledge articles; supporting clients; and participating in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
