Lead business development for an integrated advertising agency, generating and closing new business through cold outreach and inbound leads. Build client relationships, apply strategic marketing and industry knowledge, identify commercial opportunities, lead by example, and manage multiple priorities, costs, deadlines, and quality standards with minimal supervision.

Manage office IT and administrative operations, including asset management, vendor negotiation, hardware and software support, employee technical assistance, issue resolution, and general office administration. The role requires identifying problems quickly and providing timely solutions through phone, in-person, or electronic support channels.

Manage general accounting activities, including reconciliations, balance sheet and profit-and-loss preparation, financial analysis, reporting, and general ledger coordination. Analyze costs, revenues, profitability, and client margins; verify client billing; prepare MIS, GST, and TDS reports; and create, send, and follow up on invoices. The role also requires sound judgment, confidentiality, resourcefulness, and the ability to manage deadlines and ambiguity.
