Manage end-to-end B2B order processing for retail clients, including picklist creation, picking coordination, packing, quality control, documentation, dispatch tracking, and shipment reporting. Coordinate with brands, partners, transport, finance, and warehouse teams to meet SLAs. Resolve delays, maintain accurate order records, and ensure compliance with warehouse and dispatch procedures.
