Manage professional services engagements for enterprise learning customers. Responsibilities include developing project plans, facilitating sessions, designing blended learning programs, conducting needs analyses, advising on learning strategy, curating content, creating communications and marketing materials, measuring outcomes, reporting results, managing risks, and coordinating stakeholders. The consultant serves as the primary liaison between Skillsoft and customers, ensuring deliverables meet contract scope, quality, timelines, and business goals.

Own the end-to-end build, QA, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across Pardot and Salesforce, including email, nurture, event, segmentation, lead scoring, routing, and campaign governance. Maintain data taxonomy, attribution, compliance, and deliverability while generating channel insights. Partner cross-functionally to streamline processes and document scalable workflows. Develop AI-assisted automations for campaign builds, quality assurance, data cleanup, reporting, and operational efficiency.
