Provide advanced technical support for enterprise database customers by diagnosing complex issues involving database internals, SQL performance, Linux systems, networking, and distributed applications. Reproduce bugs, perform QA, submit engineering reports, collaborate with development and infrastructure teams, improve support processes, and create documentation. The role includes scheduled IST hours and participation in an on-call rotation.

Serve as a technical expert throughout enterprise sales cycles, partnering with account executives and customers to identify requirements, demonstrate SingleStore solutions, develop and deploy proofs of concept, lead technical evaluations, tune queries, conduct load testing, and support account expansion and channel partnerships. The role requires expertise in distributed databases, data platforms, AI and ML, cloud and containerized environments, programming, and enterprise technology sales.

Develop and maintain production software for a cloud-native distributed SQL database. Responsibilities include designing, coding, testing, and deploying new and existing projects involving query optimization, fault tolerance, server architecture, concurrency, multithreading, LLMs, vector indexes, SIMD, and LLVM code generation. Engineers collaborate across teams, own projects end to end, and contribute throughout the product lifecycle.
