Leads Singapore-China digital economy collaboration, technology policy engagement, and strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include monitoring China's technology landscape, developing engagement strategies, advising senior management, building government and industry relationships, identifying G2G and B2B opportunities, coordinating bilateral workstreams, and representing IMDA in regional engagements. The role is based in China after an initial Singapore assignment and includes supervision of regional operations.

Oversee the operations, resilience, availability, and continuous improvement of Singapore’s eGazette Website, an Essential Service. Manage publication workflows, service providers, system upgrades, cybersecurity, incident response, business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational governance. Coordinate with government agencies, the Government Printer, and other stakeholders; monitor service performance; address public feedback; and provide recommendations on risks, improvements, and service management.

Oversee contract lifecycle and vendor governance, manage programme and OPEX budgets, implement governance and risk controls, support audits, track vendor KPIs with dashboards, coordinate logistics/facilities, and liaise with Finance, Procurement and Legal to ensure compliance and fiscal discipline.
