Engage building owners, MCSTs, agencies and project stakeholders to resolve issues, improve processes, and support deployments in complex sites. Manage and develop a team, drive operational improvements, and implement strategic enhancements to processes and collaboration.

Lead industry engagement and partnerships to design and implement ICT workforce development programmes. Manage programme delivery, compliance, budgets, and KPI reporting. Conduct market intelligence and trend analysis to shape human capital strategies. Support project proposal assessment and collaborate with government and industry stakeholders to create training pathways and job opportunities.

The role involves investigating non-compliance, recommending penalties, preparing court documents, assisting legal counsel, and reviewing investigation workflows.
