Drive business development and strategic partnerships for IMDA’s innovation initiatives, including OIP and PIXEL Innovation Hub. Generate and qualify corporate leads, diagnose innovation needs, cultivate stakeholder relationships, match businesses with technology providers, and develop strategic partnerships and partner-led programmes. The role requires strong B2B engagement, communication, analytical, and networking skills, plus familiarity with corporate innovation ecosystems.

Leads strategic communications, branding, executive thought leadership, corporate publications, media engagement, crisis communications, and agency management. Develops integrated communications plans, advises senior stakeholders, oversees corporate identity, manages media relations and outreach, measures communications impact, and identifies opportunities to strengthen IMDA’s local and global profile. The role also leads a communications team and manages external agencies, vendors, and contracts.
