Own and build SigNoz’s finance function across controllership, multi-entity accounting, compliance, FP&A, treasury, gross-margin analysis, and financial systems. The role includes monthly close, revenue recognition, audits, collections, US-India consolidation, Indian statutory filings, cloud-cost analysis, forecasting, cash management, and finance-team development. This remote-first position reports to the CEO and requires hands-on execution in a fast-growing SaaS company with usage-based infrastructure economics.

Provide customer-facing DevOps and platform engineering support: debug OpenTelemetry instrumentation, optimize ClickHouse, troubleshoot Kubernetes, design observability solutions, build tooling and automation, engage the open-source community, and establish scalable customer engineering processes.

Design and deliver data-rich, production-ready UX for an open-source observability platform. Lead end-to-end product design from discovery to shipped features, create component-based patterns and design system work, prototype rapidly (including AI-assisted workflows), and engage customers to validate workflows for developer and SRE audiences.
