Manage and grow territory enrollment via Authorized Enrollment Partners (AEPs): drive student acquisition, revenue, and partner performance. Lead and coach a small sales team, develop territory plans, analyze market and competitor activity, ensure compliance and reporting, coordinate cross-functionally, and support partner-led marketing and operations to meet enrolment and revenue targets.

Lead development and implementation of internal quality assurance policies and systems for distance and online programs. Manage accreditation, compliance, audits, stakeholder feedback, program reviews, assessment tools, reporting, and training. Coordinate with regulatory bodies (UGC, NAAC, AICTE), supervise QA team, and drive continuous improvement of educational quality and documentation.
