Leads end-to-end international government and commercial proposal development for Shield AI’s India business. Manages proposal teams, timelines, compliance, reviews, submissions, RFIs, and related deliverables. Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, improves proposal processes and tools, mentors contributors, and supports customer briefings, demonstrations, and go-to-market events. Requires government proposal or government requirements experience, strong technical writing and communication skills, proposal methodology knowledge, and project management capabilities. Defense, autonomy, and Indian security clearance experience are preferred.

Drive business development and account growth for Hivemind autonomy solutions across India’s defense and government markets. Own the full sales lifecycle, develop capture and territory strategies, shape and close complex opportunities, build relationships with defense stakeholders, lead proposals, conduct competitive analysis, and maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene. Partner with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and leadership teams to align customer missions with technical solutions and expand international revenue.

Lead delivery and aircraft integration of Shield AI’s Hivemind autonomy software across complex defense programs. Own integrated plans, schedules, budgets, risks, technical performance, readiness reviews, flight-test coordination, customer deliverables, and cross-functional alignment from concept through production and deployment. Support customer engagements, proposals, and strategic autonomy initiatives while coordinating distributed engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders.

Executes field marketing and account-based marketing programs across India’s defense, government, aerospace, and strategic accounts. Partners with Sales, Business Development, and Capture teams to drive pipeline, manage events and executive engagements, maintain Salesforce campaign data, build Marketo programs, and report performance. Requires knowledge of India’s defense procurement environment, complex stakeholder structures, and government account marketing.

Drive international growth for Shield AI’s Aechelon simulation portfolio through specialist sales support, opportunity development, customer and partner engagement, demos, proposals, competitive positioning, and pursuit coordination. Partner with regional sales, business development, product, marketing, and technical teams to connect simulation capabilities with training, rehearsal, readiness, and mission outcomes across defense and government markets.

Lead design and implementation of autonomy and edge-AI software for air, land, and sea platforms. Develop tactical autonomy algorithms, integrate software with hardware, deploy and field-test capabilities, analyze mission data, mentor teammates, collaborate cross-functionally, and support customers and defense programs.

Develop and integrate autonomy and edge-AI capabilities using the Hivemind SDK for unmanned platforms across air, sea, and space. Work with customers to deploy and debug integrations, provide technical training, document solutions, collaborate with product teams, and conduct on-site deployments and flight testing (~30% travel).

Serve as a strategic partner to an executive to translate strategy into execution, drive cross-functional initiatives, establish operating rhythms (AOP, OKRs), produce executive communications, analyze performance, improve governance and processes, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of organizational priorities.
