Executes global business operations processes, supports customer orders and contracts from receipt through closure, coordinates procurement and material availability, maintains SAP/IFS records, produces reports, manages data issues, supports audits, and collaborates with regional stakeholders. The role requires strong data analytics, reporting, communication, problem-solving, and process improvement skills, along with flexibility to work global time-zone shifts.

Leads a contracts and negotiations team across India, managing complex commercial agreements, negotiations, approvals, contractual risk, and compliance. Partners with Legal, Sales, Pricing, business units, and senior leaders to support growth and manage the contract lifecycle. The role also coaches contract professionals, provides strategic contractual guidance, and supports process improvement and cross-functional initiatives.

Design, build, and maintain enterprise Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) using SharePoint, Dataverse, and Azure/SQL Server. Gather requirements, implement Canvas and Model-driven apps, write SQL/queries, document architecture, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with distributed teams, and promote good engineering and Agile practices.
