Review requirements against mechanical standards, develop technical solutions, resolve engineering issues, and collaborate with global engineers, program managers, data leads, and stakeholders. Ensure timely, cost-effective, high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction. Provide technical guidance, share best practices, and train or onboard new engineers in a hybrid work environment.

Creates, updates, and maintains material master data and parts records in SAP and IFS. Collaborates with BOM, procurement, engineering, manufacturing, and compliance teams to collect and validate information. Reviews data quality, resolves inconsistencies, maintains documentation, monitors KPIs and SLAs, ensures turnaround-time compliance, and identifies process improvements while supporting regulatory and company data standards.

Lead industrial automation projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, quality, risks, issues, customer communication, financial forecasts, and project reporting. Coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrix environment, ensure compliance with QMS and engineering standards, and deliver multiple projects on schedule and within cost and quality objectives.
