Manage procurement, maintain contract/project status in business systems (SAP/IFS), extract and publish reports, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, assist root cause analysis and audits, and act as a point of contact while contributing to continuous improvement.

Perform global billing administration for service contracts: review/release and close contracts, create/edit invoices and credit notes, maintain service sales orders, support audits, produce reports, interact with regional stakeholders and vendors, and contribute to root-cause analysis and process improvements.
