Executes global business operations processes, supports customer orders and contracts from receipt through closure, coordinates procurement and material availability, maintains SAP/IFS records, produces reports, manages data issues, supports audits, and collaborates with regional stakeholders. The role requires strong data analytics, reporting, communication, problem-solving, and process improvement skills, along with flexibility to work global time-zone shifts.

Develop and support enterprise Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and governed datasets. Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions, apply dimensional modeling, optimize DAX, queries, models, and refresh performance, and ensure data quality and KPI consistency. The role also involves ETL, SQL-based data integration, row-level security, workspace management, deployment pipelines, and collaboration with global stakeholders and data owners.

Own the Estim8 proposal tool roadmap, change requests, prioritization, and IT support coordination. Partner with global proposal teams and SMEs to gather feedback, validate requirements, improve processes, coordinate testing, train users, and support technology initiatives. Lead Lean productivity projects and serve as the subject matter expert for global proposal tools and processes.
