Leads the architecture, development, governance, and scaling of enterprise AI agents, chatbots, and low-code solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Agent OS, and Azure AI services. The role establishes conversational AI patterns, RAG solutions, security and compliance standards, and enterprise operating models. It also mentors developers, builds Copilot Studio capability, partners with stakeholders to prioritize use cases, and tracks adoption, ROI, and business outcomes.

Designs and develops scalable data management solutions, including data acquisition, integration, transformation pipelines, data structures, and cloud or edge infrastructure. Uses Azure Data Factory, ADLS, Databricks, SAP Data Services, DevOps pipelines, and containerization. Collaborates with analysts, architects, product owners, and technical leads to define requirements, deliver high-quality code, and support application enhancements.

Prepare cost-effective technical proposals for industrial automation solutions using Rockwell Automation and third-party products. Develop tender responses, bottom-up cost estimates, and high-quality documentation within schedule and budget. Collaborate with customers, sales, distributors, project managers, marketing, drafting, and manufacturing teams. The role requires an engineering degree, 8+ years of industrial automation experience, strong attention to detail, and willingness to work a 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM shift.
