Lead Lean productivity projects and serve as the subject matter expert for global proposal tools and processes.

Analyzes and governs customer account data, segmentation, sales territories, and organizational hierarchies across CRM systems. Reviews Power BI data-quality dashboards, investigates discrepancies, validates stakeholder requests, evaluates business impacts, and updates records in SAP CRM and Salesforce. Creates and modifies territory boundaries and maps using ArcGIS Pro, tests changes across development and production environments, and collaborates globally to improve sales operations and data accuracy.

Design, develop, and deploy customizations, integrations, reports, and workflows within IFS Cloud. Build API integrations (REST/SOAP), BPAs, custom pages, and extensions; support testing, upgrades, data migration, documentation, security/compliance, and train stakeholders while enabling AI-powered automation.

Designs and develops scalable data management solutions, including data acquisition, integration, transformation pipelines, data structures, and cloud or edge infrastructure. Uses Azure Data Factory, ADLS, Databricks, SAP Data Services, DevOps pipelines, and containerization. Collaborates with analysts, architects, product owners, and technical leads to define requirements, deliver high-quality code, and support application enhancements.

Responsible for accounting operations, financial close, reporting, internal controls, statutory audits, and controllership for India-based entities. The role ensures compliance with US GAAP and local GAAP, manages reconciliations and financial data, supports audit and governance activities, and partners with global and cross-functional stakeholders. It also contributes to finance transformation through process standardization, automation, digitalization, and data-driven improvements.
