Partners with leaders across assigned regions on workforce planning, performance, talent, compensation, employee relations, engagement, and organizational change. Leads people and culture initiatives, supports HR lifecycle processes, collaborates with talent acquisition and HR operations, and uses people analytics to identify trends and recommend improvements. Coaches managers and coordinates regional and organization-wide HR priorities across a fast-paced, multi-location nonprofit environment.

Manage state government partnerships supporting early childhood care and education initiatives across multiple Indian states. Supervise teams handling stakeholder engagement, research, monitoring and evaluation, reporting, and policy communications. Coordinate cross-functional resources, develop policy documents and presentations, identify best practices, and build relationships with government and civil society stakeholders. The role requires frequent domestic travel and strong writing, systems thinking, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced development-sector environment.

Manages workplace administration, including travel bookings, facilities and office relocations, procurement, inventory, vendor relationships, invoices, petty cash, documentation, and event logistics. Partners with Finance, IT, HR, and external providers to maintain an efficient workplace and positive employee experience. The role also supports onboarding and exits, guides junior team members, and contributes to hiring and team development.
