Manages workplace administration, including travel bookings, facilities and office relocations, procurement, inventory, vendor relationships, invoices, petty cash, documentation, and event logistics. Partners with Finance, IT, HR, and external providers to maintain an efficient workplace and positive employee experience. The role also supports onboarding and exits, guides junior team members, and contributes to hiring and team development.

Provide internal IT and desktop support, troubleshoot laptops, mobile devices, routers, Wi-Fi, applications, and API issues, and manage Jira tickets. Maintain hardware, software, connectivity, backups, and cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors, manage IT workstreams, recommend hardware and software, support procurement and office administration, and communicate progress to leadership.

Manage implementation of early childhood care and education initiatives across Delhi districts. Responsibilities include government and stakeholder engagement, coordinating field teams, overseeing project workstreams, monitoring metrics, preparing reports, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, documenting field insights, and troubleshooting delivery challenges. The role requires basic Excel data analysis, strong communication, independent problem-solving, and regular coordination with government systems and district-level stakeholders.
