The Senior Salesforce Product Owner will lead the strategy and delivery of Salesforce solutions, managing stakeholder requirements, maintaining the product roadmap, and ensuring effective collaboration between business and development teams.

Lead design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (including Marketing Cloud Next). Build multi-channel campaigns and journeys, manage data integrations and segmentation, develop dynamic content (AMPscript, SSJS, HTML/CSS, SQL), monitor KPIs, and mentor team members to deliver personalized, scalable marketing automation solutions.

Lead CRM and loyalty strategy and roadmap, manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations and integrations, execute multi-channel campaigns, drive segmentation and personalization, own performance analytics and ROI, and lead cross-functional teams and external partners to grow revenue and customer lifetime value.
