Design, configure, and maintain Ironclad CLM solutions: build workflows, templates, forms, integrations, webhooks, and automations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot production issues, perform testing and deployments, and ensure platform security, governance, and documentation.

Lead Ironclad CLM implementations: gather and document requirements, configure workflows/templates, support integrations, drive UAT and defect resolution, create documentation and training, and identify automation and process improvements across Legal, Procurement, Sales, and IT.

As a Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant, you will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, manage integrations, ensure data quality, and support enhancements while acting as a liaison between business and technical teams.
