Provide third-level support for client and RFA infrastructure, manage server, storage and virtualization platforms, coordinate network and vendor activities, lead complex IT projects, migrations, and documentation, and develop client infrastructure solutions.

Design, implement, and support client network and security infrastructures with focus on Cisco and Palo Alto. Provide Tier 3 troubleshooting, configure VPNs and routing (OSPF/EIGRP/BGP), document datacenter and network designs, train peers, handle escalations and on-call rotations, and support project and BAU work for MSP/financial services clients.
