Configure, support, and optimize Workday HCM across global and local requirements. Gather HR business needs, build reports and dashboards, manage releases, enhancements, testing, change control, and system integrity. Serve as a functional consultant to stakeholders, support troubleshooting and process improvements, and provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to support teams.

Develop and onboard strategic partners, build partnership pipelines, generate new business opportunities, and support partner-led revenue growth. The role involves stakeholder relationship management, partner enablement, forecasting, reporting, industry events, and collaboration across internal teams. Success is measured by new partner acquisition, pipeline creation, revenue generation, onboarding, engagement, and achievement of business objectives.

Own the Workday HCM product strategy, roadmap, release governance, and adoption programs. Prioritize new functionality and AI capabilities, coordinate release readiness across HR and technology teams, develop business cases, define KPIs, and measure business value. The role partners with HR, analytics, legal, privacy, security, Workday, and other stakeholders to improve employee and manager experiences and guide responsible adoption of emerging capabilities.
