Configure, support, and optimize Workday HCM across global and local requirements. Uses scientific expertise, Python and Bash scripting, databases, cloud platforms, and AI-enabled testing workflows to improve data integrity and platform performance. Coordinates stakeholders, documents work, presents findings, and drives cross-functional projects.

Designs, develops, maintains, and troubleshoots Workday integrations, reports, dashboards, and security configurations. Supports payroll, benefits, recruiting, financial, time, absence, talent, and performance processes. Translates HR requirements into Workday solutions, manages releases, investigates integration and reporting issues, documents technical processes, and supports SOX audits, access reviews, and change control while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and middleware teams.

Leads global Analytical Editorial Operations across a 150-person organization, setting strategy, operating models, budgets, quality standards, and performance measures. Drives GenAI-enabled content transformation, including Agentic Content Platform adoption and automated updating, while improving content currency, retrieval quality, customer outcomes, and operational efficiency. Partners with Product, Technology, Data Science, commercial, and editorial stakeholders; manages authors, vendors, workforce development, organizational change, and financial performance.

Drive full-cycle sales for complex, high-value AI research workspace opportunities. Originate and close new business, support strategic renewals, expand stakeholder relationships, lead value-based workshops, and translate AI and research analytics capabilities into measurable customer outcomes. Engage senior decision-makers across enterprise, government, academic, and research organizations while developing pipelines, territories, business cases, negotiations, and long-term account growth.

Leads the UK&I Data Engineering team, setting technical strategy and overseeing delivery of data products, ingestion pipelines, reporting solutions, and customer-facing capabilities. Drives Azure and Databricks cloud modernization, data governance, security, privacy, compliance, and AI adoption. Responsibilities include team leadership, talent development, workforce planning, cross-functional stakeholder management, and collaboration with global engineering, product, analytics, architecture, and operations teams.
