Own day-to-day NetSuite administration and continuous improvement for finance systems. Configure financial workflows, roles, permissions, reports, dashboards, integrations, and automation across accounting, FP&A, procurement, and related teams. Lead implementation support, release management, testing, documentation, training, data quality, controls, and audit readiness. Troubleshoot system issues, maintain master data, and translate finance-process requirements into scalable solutions.

Provide advanced technical support for Redis Enterprise software: troubleshoot and reproduce complex issues, perform root cause analysis, analyze performance (including network and cloud environments), collaborate with engineering and CloudOps, manage escalations, document solutions, and assist with deployments, upgrades, testing, and customer training.

Sell Redis Enterprise to enterprise customers in the Delhi NCR territory. Develop and execute territory sales strategy, build pipeline, qualify opportunities, and close deals to exceed quota. Manage customer relationships, present solution value, and coordinate with internal teams to up-sell and cross-sell.
