Teams at Red Hat

Lead design, deployment, integration, testing, and acceptance of Red Hat cloud (OCP/OSP/OSO) and third-party cloud solutions for telco customers. Provide hands-on installation, troubleshooting, upgrades, documentation, and mentoring, with some customer site and short international travel.

Serve as a post-sales single point of contact for telecommunications customers, driving satisfaction, renewals, and adoption of Red Hat products. Lead cross-functional teams, manage projects and RAID, coordinate staffing, handle escalations, run executive reviews, and build migration plans from partner solutions to Red Hat platforms.

Lead customer-facing site reliability engineering for OpenShift managed cloud services: troubleshoot escalations, automate operations, run incident response and postmortems, mentor team members, and drive reliability, scalability, and customer satisfaction across cloud platforms.
