Travel to customer sites and events may be required.

Supports consulting sales in India by managing inquiries, coordinating technical responses, developing proposals, negotiating services agreements, forecasting bookings, validating engagement scope, and meeting sales targets. The role requires strong expertise in cloud-native platforms, containers, Kubernetes, DevOps, hyperscalers, agile transformation, and enterprise technology consulting, along with executive presentation and consultative selling skills.

Leads complex technical troubleshooting, customer engagements, platform adoption, and resolution of non-routine issues for enterprise accounts. Provides expert guidance on Red Hat OpenStack, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Linux, Ceph, and cloud technologies. Develops customer relationships, engagement plans, workshops, and technical reviews; collaborates with sales, product, engineering, and field teams; mentors team members; improves support processes; and travels to customer sites and events as needed.

Provides L3 technical support for cloud infrastructure and containerized applications across Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, and OpenStack. Troubleshoots high-severity customer incidents, performs root cause analysis, develops Python and Ansible automation, and ensures service availability through escalation, monitoring, emergency response, and on-call support. Requires advanced Linux administration, networking, containerization, virtualization, customer communication, and the ability to work rotational shifts.
