Serve as Roadway Worker In Charge (RWIC) to provide on-track safety and jobsite coordination for work on live railroad tracks. Communicate with dispatchers and crews, perform daily briefings, set and remove warning devices, complete electronic reports, participate in training, and maintain safety and compliance across assignments requiring frequent travel.

Provide on-site roadway worker protection for work on and around live railroad tracks. Coordinate jobsite safety, radio communication with dispatchers and engineers, conduct daily briefings, complete electronic documentation, place signs and derails, and participate in safety and qualification training.
