Support employee engagement initiatives by organizing events, coordinating internal communications, assisting training and development programs, collecting feedback and engagement data, preparing basic reports, and collaborating with HR to improve employee experience.

Support the recruitment team by sourcing and screening candidate profiles. Assist with candidate outreach, resume shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and maintaining applicant records to help fill positions efficiently.

Support and coordinate day-to-day operations across staffing and facility services. Ensure service delivery and SLA adherence, liaise with clients and internal teams, maintain records and reports, assist recruitment/deployment, and contribute to process improvements and training.
