The Ethical Auditor (CSCA) is responsible for conducting ethical audits at factories, suppliers, and other facilities to ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations. They will also prepare audit reports and communicate findings to clients.

As a Compliance Engineer at QIMA, you will review testing, audit, and inspection reports, draft certificates of conformity, maintain records, coordinate with the technical team, and provide general customer service. You will become an expert in a specific field of product technical regulation and manage orders and operations records.

Supervise and lead a team of inspectors, provide technical support, improve service standards, investigate and resolve claims, represent the company in client meetings, maintain relationships with suppliers, and optimize costs in the region.

The Planning Specialist will assist front-line auditor teams with administrative tasks, validate audit orders, create audit protocols, maintain internal databases, and resolve daily operating issues. Requires a college degree, strong English skills, and 1 year of work experience in a relevant field. Fresh graduates with excellent English will also be considered.

The Report Specialist will be responsible for ensuring fast report turnaround without compromising quality. Key responsibilities include reviewing and validating inspection reports and addressing any discrepancies.

Ensure Ethical Audit programs exceed clients' expectations and maintain high service quality. Review audit reports, train global teams, evaluate auditors' performance, manage client programs, and more. Requires technical expertise in Quality Compliance, strong English skills, and 3+ years of experience in ethical compliance industry.

Drive people and programmes performances via the implementation and monitoring of selected impactful KPIs. Manage a team of Supervisors and ensure expertise, processes, and systems are in place to address client needs and comply with ethical requirements. Collaborate with various teams and convey a culture of integrity and transparency within the organization.
