Our Consumer Goods Division is dedicated to helping brands, retailers and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality and ethically made products to their consumers. Every day at work, our inspectors, auditors, and lab techs use their expertise to help safeguard the products you use every day in your home: from clothes and footwear to toys and baby products, to electronics, appliances, and furniture.
Job Description
Based in our local office, supporting the CSR Audit Manager and the rest of the team, you will do everything to ensure that our Ethical Audit programs consistently exceed our clients’ expectations, and maintain the highest standards of service quality.
You will be expected to:
- Review audit reports to ensure quality and thoroughness.
- Prepare training documents for global teams.
- Evaluate auditors' performance.
- Communicate report issues and recommendations to the certification team.
- Follow up on necessary corrective actions.
- Manage technical expertise.
- Manage client programs.
- Prepare and participate in KPI meetings with customers as required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications
In order to succeed in this role, you have:
- Technical expertise in Quality Compliance, or related fields.
- Strong command of English (spoken, written, reading).
- Experience of social audits, on-site auditing,
- Know your way around the MS Office Suite
- A university degree, ideally related to Labor, Health & Safety, or Environmental Management.
3+ years of experience in the ethical compliance industry, as auditor and/or managing audit activity
