Administer complex multi-vendor LAN, WAN, routing, switching, and firewall environments; troubleshoot escalated and high-severity incidents; configure Cisco networking and security devices; coordinate with ISPs, clients, and onsite teams; and manage network security technologies, VPNs, and SD-WAN solutions.

Provides 24/7 global client support for enterprise network security environments. Configures, manages, and troubleshoots Cisco FMC/FTD firewalls, VPNs, security policies, IDS/IPS, certificates, LAN/WAN infrastructure, routing and switching, and SD-WAN. Handles security incidents, escalated P1/P2 technical calls, risk remediation, and critical network issues while communicating directly with clients. Supports multi-vendor environments including Cisco and Arista.

Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI/ML pipelines and production systems, including LLMs and generative AI models. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, architects, and clients to integrate AI capabilities into products. Optimize model performance, latency, and cost on AWS, GCP, and Azure, using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, versioning, and other MLOps practices.
