Operate and administer client infrastructure to ensure availability, efficiency, and observability. Design and implement infrastructure, automation, and monitoring; perform root cause analyses; document systems and processes; audit environments to recommend resiliency and automation improvements; act as technical leader and mentor; and participate in an escalation on-call rotation.

Design, deploy, and operate large-scale distributed systems; manage Kubernetes, Istio, and Linux environments; automate workflows with Go/Python/shell; build observability with Prometheus/Grafana/Loki; troubleshoot networking, storage, and performance; participate in on-call rotations and postmortems; collaborate with AI/ML teams to ensure infrastructure readiness for model training and data pipelines.

Provide 24x7 NOC support for managed database and application infrastructure: monitor systems, respond to incidents, trigger operational procedures, escalate per protocol, perform daily proactive checks, troubleshoot and maintain servers, communicate status to customers, participate in shift rotations and on-call coverage, and contribute automation and process improvements.

Lead and mentor an SRE team to deliver reliable, automated, scalable operations for enterprise clients. Own incident escalation, 24/7 management on-call support, SLA achievement, CI/CD and IaC practices, client technical advisement, performance reviews, resource planning, and continuous improvement.

Own and operate AWS infrastructure for RDS/Aurora using Terraform and CI/CD (GitLab/Harness). Troubleshoot and escalate pipeline/infrastructure issues, write RCAs, automate operational tasks with Python or Go, apply AWS security best practices, improve incident routing tooling, and maintain runbooks and operational documentation.

Provide advanced PostgreSQL consulting and administration: design and implement DB solutions, ensure HA and DR, perform backups and PITR, monitor and optimize performance, lead migrations and infrastructure improvements, troubleshoot incidents, produce client documentation and reports, participate in on-call rotation, and drive process and monitoring improvements for managed-service clients.

Provide 24/7 enterprise network support and escalations for global clients, administer and troubleshoot multi-vendor LAN/WAN infrastructures, implement security controls, perform IOS/firmware upgrades, coordinate with ISPs and onsite teams, document incidents and RCA, and lead remediation for affected endpoints.
