Administer, secure, patch, and optimize Windows Server environments and VMware infrastructure (vSphere/vCenter/ESXi). Provide technical support, troubleshooting, RCA for incidents, on-call escalation, datacenter operations, migrations, decommissions, and maintain documentation and vendor coordination.

Operate and administer cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud, AWS), automate tasks with Python/Scala, manage containers (Kubernetes/Docker), design/maintain IaC, troubleshoot systems and networks, perform root-cause analysis, improve resiliency, document processes, advise clients, and participate in on-call rotations.

Administer, secure, and optimize hybrid Azure and Windows Server environments. Deploy and maintain IaaS/PaaS workloads, manage hybrid identity (Azure AD Connect/SSO), networking (VNet, NSG, VPN), patching, backup/recovery, monitoring, VMware and data center infrastructure. Automate tasks with PowerShell and IaC (ARM/Bicep/Terraform), perform incident management and RCA, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate on migrations, upgrades, and documentation to ensure availability, performance, and compliance.

Design, deploy, and operate large-scale distributed systems; manage Kubernetes, Istio, and Linux environments; automate workflows with Go/Python/shell; build observability with Prometheus/Grafana/Loki; troubleshoot networking, storage, and performance; participate in on-call rotations and postmortems; collaborate with AI/ML teams to ensure infrastructure readiness for model training and data pipelines.

Provide 24/7 enterprise network support and escalations for global clients, administer and troubleshoot multi-vendor LAN/WAN infrastructures, implement security controls, perform IOS/firmware upgrades, coordinate with ISPs and onsite teams, document incidents and RCA, and lead remediation for affected endpoints.

Operate, maintain, and improve clients' cloud and on-prem infrastructure; design automation and monitoring solutions; perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting; document systems and drive resiliency and automation; act as technical advisor and mentor; participate in on-call escalation and continuous improvement.

Provide remote support and lifecycle management for Linux infrastructure across data center and cloud environments. Install, deploy, patch, and upgrade OSs; maintain core services; deploy web and open-source apps; design automation with Bash and Ansible; troubleshoot incidents and produce RCAs; implement security best practices; manage projects and participate in on-call rotation.
