Performs hotel and facility maintenance, including repairs to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, walls, doors, windows, carpeting, and equipment. Maintains preventative maintenance records and completes required reports. Requires flexibility for varied shifts, weekends, and holidays, along with strong communication, attention to detail, physical stamina, and guest-service focus.

Leads the enterprise treasury function, overseeing cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, payment operations, merchant services, treasury systems, fraud prevention, and financial controls. Develops treasury strategies, policies, forecasts, and executive reporting while optimizing banking structures, working capital, and payment technologies. Partners with Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Operations, and banking institutions on strategic initiatives, including implementations, acquisitions, and restructuring. Supervises and develops treasury staff and ensures regulatory, audit, and governance compliance.

Supports hotel investment and acquisitions by building financial models, conducting market and comparable-sales research, preparing investment memoranda and presentations, and assisting investment and operations teams with live transactions. The role also performs ad hoc analysis and requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and deadline-management skills.
