Serve as the HR business partner for the area/country executing recruitment, onboarding, talent development, employee relations, performance and promotion processes, training coordination, manpower and succession planning, compensation review and budgeting, and partnering with HR service and regional teams to implement global/regional HR projects and support leaders on employee issues.

Support 3D designers, coordinate eCommerce projects, implement IT systems, maintain product data applications, and provide training.
