Lead technical design and delivery of membership and loyalty backend services using Antavo. Own architecture, build scalable low-latency APIs and event-driven integrations (SFCC, Fluent Commerce), integrate LLM APIs and AI services, ensure observability, reliability, security, and drive engineering best practices, mentoring, and performance optimization.

Support a global 24x7x365 security operations team by monitoring systems and networks, investigating threats and incidents, responding to phishing, malware, breaches, and cyberattacks, deploying countermeasures, analyzing post-event activity, assessing vulnerabilities, and improving security protocols. The role requires familiarity with cloud security controls, network protocols, operating systems, scripting, web technologies, penetration testing tools, and threat intelligence.

Design, build, and operate resilient Java and Spring Boot backend services for inventory availability, order promising, and fulfillment. Develop event-driven Kafka integrations, concurrency and consistency controls, caching strategies, observability, and graceful degradation mechanisms. Own services from design through production, optimize performance and reliability, integrate with commerce and enterprise platforms, conduct code reviews, document architecture decisions, and mentor junior engineers.
