Manages the development, review, approval, updating, harmonization, and retirement of controlled quality documents, including policies, SOPs, and work instructions. Coordinates document activities across global teams and projects, identifies updates required by process changes, edits technical content for clarity, and supports stakeholder feedback and approval workflows. The role requires pharmaceutical technical writing experience, document lifecycle expertise, electronic document management skills, and knowledge of quality and compliance processes.

Processes clinical trial and post-market adverse event cases, including MedDRA coding, seriousness and expectedness assessments, follow-up activities, case narratives, client notifications, peer reviews, and quality checks. Supports training development and delivery, escalates discrepancies, and maintains current knowledge of global medicine safety regulations. The role requires accurate, organized, independent, and collaborative work in a multidisciplinary pharmacovigilance environment.

Provides administrative support to Medical Information teams and senior management, including telephone answering, reception coverage, mail handling, filing, archiving, stationery checks, and general office duties. Maintains quality, follows company SOPs and data privacy policies, protects confidential information, and works professionally with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
