Designs, develops, administers, and optimizes Adobe Campaign V8 marketing automation solutions. Build, tune, deploy, and validate machine learning models for fraud detection, risk scoring, and customer analytics in the BFSI and credit card domain. The role involves performance and stability testing, documentation, troubleshooting data and model issues, communicating findings to varied stakeholders, managing analytical projects independently, and staying current with emerging AI and ML techniques.

Leads digital HSE transformation programs for refining and industrial clients, including process assessments, target operating models, digital strategy, requirements, solution implementation, integrations, reporting, analytics, and data migration. Supports business cases, proposals, client presentations, stakeholder management, and mentoring. Requires substantial HSE consulting or digital implementation experience, with knowledge of process safety, environmental compliance, incident management, risk, audits, occupational health, emissions, and ESG.
